The following is an attempt at a comprehensive list of newspaper endorsements for the 2008 Presidential Election, listed by state. Newspaper endorsements hold a long standing tradition in this country, for better or worse. While newspaper endorsements are not necessarily something we should follow, they are nonetheless worthwhile to read and analyze. This list will continue to be updated as the endorsements come out.

California

Colorado

Florida

Georgia

Illinois

Massachusetts

Washington State

The list, again, will continue to grow as I locate endorsements. It's a time consuming process, especially for the smaller papers.

Fantastic! My first new blog entry. This is really blog number 4 for me, because I get bored staying in one place. Hopefully, I'll be able to update this more regularly than the others in the past.

We're going to start off with my new stock answer for the question I've been asked over 100 times since going back to school, from friends, advisors, bosses, random people on the street: "Why do you want to become a teacher?"

My new answer:

"Because I feel like I didn't make enough collages or posters in elementary school."
